Welcome! I'm super excited to bring the virtual XSNG 100/30 Challenge to cities all across the United States. The coronavirus padenmic has caused us to become complacent, thus putting our health at risk. The 100 miles in 30 days challenge is an opportunity for all to get up, get out and do something with family, friends, or even a group. Your ability to stay physically active during this pandemic is the cornerstone to your health and well-being. We can all accomplish the 100 miles in 30 days through self- determination, positive reinforcement, motivation and teamwork.Â
Therefore, it is imperative that you find an accountability buddy who will join you in this 100 mile 30 day challenge.Â
The ultimate goal is to stay active, have fun, enjoy the outdoors and finish strong!Â
